For Volunteers
Haru Fest is very low budget, and we need all the volunteers we can get. If you are from outside W.P. Wagner High School, but would like to volunteer, please contact Tedra Elliot at elliot.tedra@gmail.com.
Also for volunteers: You will have to be able to come for 5 or 6 hours. There are two "shifts", one starting at 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., and includes set-up. After 2:00, you are free to go home, stay at the festival and have fun, or continue volunteering for the afternoon shift.
The second shift starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at approximately 8:00 p.m., or whenever we finish taking everything down. If you want to work this shift, feel free to come a bit ahead so you can enjoy the fest.
If you are available to work all day or most of the day, we would love your help. Also, if these specific times do not work for you, please do contact us anyway, as any help is always appreciated.
If you are involved with a school program that need community service hours, you can bring in your papers and someone will sign for the hours you volunteered.
