Cosplay Contest
This year's cosplay contest will be held at 5:00 p.m. (may be pushed up to 4:30 p.m. if we have a lot of entries). Sign-up sheets will be available at registration when you enter. Cosplayers will be required to be in the performance area (the Drama Room) at least 1/2 an hour before the show begins. You may enter in one of the following categories:- Singles Skit: This is basically a monologue. You will perform a solo skit as your character and be judged based on both costume and performance.
- Singles Cosplay: Unlike the Singles Skit, no acting is required. If you are uncomfortable with performing, and only want to be judged on your costume, enter in this category.
- Group Skit: In a group that may or may not be from the same series, act out a skit displaying your performing prowess. This category is mostly judged on performance, as it is sometimes hard to get together a group that all have excellent costumes. However, groups that do have good costumes as a whole will be regarded highly.
